It's Cold in Paris
I stepped off the plane in flip-flops, setting out to discover the Eiffel Tower in beautiful Paris, France, but no one told me that Paris is cold in October. As my body clung to the inside of the plane, my head stretched outward to explore. I was in complete disbelief. The postcard shows bright sunny blue skies, but the reality was much different. The sky was dull with overcast. The cold was piercing. My hiding place became the inside of the airport where I gave up my vacation to trade for a layover in a meat locker. Yep, apparently, they do not use the heat. Okay, I am from Florida, but still, all travelers be warned. It's cold in Paris.
Dead Sea
Imagine a beach with crystals of salt sprinkled about and a healing mud floor. Imagine water so dense with salt that it would be impossible to sink. Imagine being at the lowest elevation on earth, surrounded by mountains, and oxygen rich air. What place comes to mind? If you are thinking of the Dead Sea, you are right. Watch this short video and discover the amazing Dead Sea, which might be the most amazing place to meditate, before it disappears.
